Here’s exactly what happens when you work with us.
Most contractors keep you guessing. We don’t. Here’s every step — from your first message to the day we hand your home back.
6 steps. Start to finish.
Step 1
You reach out. We respond in under 60 seconds.
Text, call, or use the form. It doesn’t matter which.
What happens next surprises people: you get a real response fast. Not “thanks for contacting us.” A person — telling you we got your message, asking one or two follow-up questions if needed, and letting you know what comes next.
This works Tuesday morning. It also works Saturday night at 11pm.
You’re one step in. Five to go. Most people are in their new bathroom within 6 weeks of this message.
Step 2
We come see your home in person.
We schedule a time that works for you. We come out, walk the space, and actually look at what we’re dealing with.
We don’t estimate from photos. Photos miss the subfloor. Photos miss the pipe that’s going to surprise us when we open the wall. An in-person walk takes 30 minutes and prevents weeks of changes later.
We’ll ask questions. We’ll tell you what we see. We’ll give you our honest read on the scope before we leave.
Step 3
You get a detailed written estimate. Within 48 hours.
Not a range. Not a vague number. A written estimate, line by line: materials, labor, timeline.
If we think we’ll find something when we open the walls, we include that in the estimate — not as a “may incur additional charges” footnote, but as a real line item with a real number.
The quote we give is the price you pay. That’s not a promise. It’s our policy.
Step 4
You say yes. We lock in your start date.
Once you approve the estimate, you get a specific start date on the calendar.
We don’t book four jobs and hope they don’t overlap. We keep our schedules. When your start date is on the calendar, that’s when we start.
You’re halfway there. Most people here tell us the waiting-to-start part is the hardest. We get that. We move fast once you’re on the schedule.
Step 5
We build. You stay in the loop every single day.
This is where most contractors go quiet. Not us.
You get an update at the end of every work day. If something unexpected comes up mid-project, you hear about it from us the same day — before anything changes. No decisions get made without your sign-off.
You have a direct line to the team the whole time. You can text anytime. You will get a response.
The Final Walkthrough
We walk through it together. Every room. Every line.
This is the moment.
Before we call anything complete, we walk through the finished project with you. We go room by room, line by line against the original scope. You tell us what you see. We tell you what we did.
If something isn’t right — anything — we fix it before we leave. Not “we’ll schedule a return visit.” Before we leave.
When you sign off on the walkthrough, the job is done. Not almost done. Not “just one more thing.” Done.
Most clients text us within a week. Not about a problem. Just to say they keep going into the new room to look at it.
We don’t ghost.
We have never: gone silent after sending an estimate. Disappeared in the middle of a project. Stopped answering when problems came up.
If something goes wrong on a job — and construction always has something — that’s exactly when we communicate most. Problems happen. What matters is how you handle them.
We handle them by telling you the truth, showing you the options, and fixing it.
Ready to start step one?
The first message is free. There’s no commitment until you’ve approved the written estimate and had time to think about it. Most people hear back before they put their phone down.
